In an underpass structure for track systems, the underpass passage opening (1) is defined by lateral retaining walls (4), and the space to be filled up laterally next to the retaining walls (4) is closed off by wing walls (8) lying transversely to the axis (17) of the passage opening (1). The pressure forces from the earth which consequently act on the insides of wing walls (8) opposite one another are absorbed by tension members between the wing walls (8). The respective retaining wall (4) itself can serve as an inner tension member, while in their outer area the wing walls (8) can be connected by means of a concrete beam. In the event of subsequent placement of the underpass, the bearing beams (11), which have to be drawn in anyway to support an auxiliary bridge (10), can be used as the concrete beams. The connection between the concrete tension members and the concrete wing walls (8) is conveniently effected by casting the wing walls (8) in one piece to the respective end faces (4a, 11a), in which case a frictional connection can be effected by tension-member reinforcing rods (15, 16) reaching into the wing walls (8). The weight can be supported owing to the fact that the tension members have bearing surfaces (6b, 11b) for support. <IMAGE>
