PURPOSE:To give a large flexure to a specimen even in case of using a sensor whose effective stroke is small, by positioning an exciting end by a displacement sensor stuck alternately to an outside vessel and the floor, and after that, fixing the sensor to the floor, and using it as a detecting part. CONSTITUTION:By attaching and detaching mechanisms 23, 24 a displacement sensor 22 is fixed alternately to an outside vessel body 6 and a static coordinate body 2 such as a floor, etc., and pressure of an air spring 8 is increased or decreased until a position of the outside vessel body 6 becomes a command value, keeping a distance C between an exciting end 14 and the outside vessel body 6 constant, by which the exciting end 14 is positioned. Subsequently, the sensor 22 is stuck to a fixed lever 20, the sensor 22 is used as a detecting part, servo-control which makes a position of the exciting end 14 against the co- ordinate body 2 a controlled variable is constituted, and vibration is given to a specimen 10. In this way, in case when a displacement sensor whose effective stroke is small is used, a comparatively large deflection can be given to specimens of various dimensions. |
