PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal vibration of a rotor by providing the plural number of turning flow preventive pieces in the peripheral direction within an expansion chamber partitioned by means of seal fins of labyrinth packing for an axial-flow hydraulic machine and impeding a leakage flow in the peripheral direction. CONSTITUTION:A labyrinth packing 9 equipped with a seal fin 10 and divided into four parts is annularly planted into a casing on the outer periphery of a rotor. Turning flow preventive pieces 12 are inserted in joining parts of the labyrinth packing 9, while turning flow preventive pieces 13 are planted in said packing. |
