PURPOSE:To simply ensure the bonding strength between lead and synthetic resin by wrapping a lead or lead alloy born with synthetic resin and exposuring lead or lead alloy as a current collector by installing an opening in a part of it. CONSTITUTION:A lead born 1 is made by casting or punching from a lead plate. This lead born 1 is placed in a resin molding mold 5 to form a resin part. The lead born 1 is placed in a molding cavity of the mold 5 and the mold is closed. The distance A of a projection 7 installed in mold 5 is made slightly smaller than the diameter B of the lead born 1. Therefore, the lead born is crashed by the projection 7, and the mold and the lead born contact closely. Then resin is injected into the cavity 6. The resin is filled in the cavity and the lead born 1 is wrapped with resin to form a resin born. The lead born 1 put between the projection 7 is remained without wrapping with resin to form a current collector as an exposed lead born 4. |
