摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a reliable internal friction value, by a method wherein an alloy, consisting41.0-43.5wt% nickel, 4.90-5.75wt% chrome, 2.20-2.75wt% titanium, 0.3-0.8wt%aluminium and remaining wt% iron, is used in ahangingline. CONSTITUTION:In an alloy composition of a hanging line, Ni is mixed for reducing temperature dependency of elasticity modulus, and if a content is within a range of 41.0-43.5wt%, a thermal elasticity modulus coefficiency shows a value of 15+ or -10<-6> at a temperature range of -40-10 deg.C. Cr is limited to 4.90- 5.75wt% in order to regulate a constant elasticity. Further, Ti and Al are educed as an internal compound by a thermal process to improve a mechanical strength of an alloy. If a content is large, the influence exercised on a Ni amount of a solid phase increases, and thereby a Ti content is limited to 2.20- 2.75wt%, and an Al content to 0.3-0.8wt%. The aging process of a wire material for hanging wire reduces an internal friction value of a wire material itself at atemperature range of 35-600 deg.C, and obtains that which has a reduced internalfriction value and a less change in rigidity.
