PURPOSE:To realize flatness of a necessary delay time and a delay time in an necessary frequency band width, and to make a titled equalizer small in size, by combining and using necessary number of delay equalizers, as delay elements. CONSTITUTION:In a transversal equalizer, an input signal of a terminal is delayed in order by each equal time, by a delay element 8A and an amplifier 9A, and a delay element 8B and an amplifier 9B. An amplifier 2A and an attenuator 4A, and an amplifier 3A and an attenuator 5A transfer the input signal prescribed gain to adding circuits 6, 7, respectively. Other amplifier and attenuator also do the same. A result of addition is provided to both inputs of an orthogonal hybrid 10,in which both the inputs are orthogonally synthesized, and an output is generated to a terminal 11. In this way, a delay equalizer having a flat delay characteristic in a prescribed frequency band is used as delay elements 8A, 8B. |
