PURPOSE:To transmit laser light easily and safely over a long distance under tight sealing with the bellows on both sides of optical systems by containing a mechanism for moving an orthogonal refracting device for laser light laterally into a square pipe and providing the optical systems on both sides thereof. CONSTITUTION:Laser light 1 advances in a square pipe 18, refracts at a right angle in an orthogonal refracting device 4 for laser light, passes through a condenser system 17 and arrives at a work transfer mechanism 3. Since the inside of the pipe 18 is kept airtight, the optical parts of the device 4 and the system 17 are kept free from contamination by dirt and dust. A cloth bellows 19 closes both sides of the part of a moving mechanism 2 where the condenser system 17 thereof penetrates through the hole 20 opened on the bottom surface of the pipe 18 and is so mounted as to follow up the mechanism 2. |
