PURPOSE:To improve the damping of up-and-down vibrations by providing the third member with a damping member between the first member fixed to a floor and the second member fixed to a car body frame so as to maintain a clearnace between its upper and side surfaces and the second member. CONSTITUTION:The second member 30 with a cross section of a reverse hat shape and a disk-like support plate 44 of the third member 40 are fixed to a car body frame 1 with a bolt B2 and nut N2. A damping member 46 is fixed by baking to the support plate 44 and an upper dish member 42 with a cross section of a reversed hat shape is fixed by baking to the upper surface of the damping member 46. A sub-damping member 46b extended from the damping member 46 is fixed in one body to the outer peripheral side wall 42b of the upper dish member 42 and the back of an upper flange 42c. A uniform clearance is provided between the outer peripheral wall 46a of the damping member 46 and the inner peripheral wall 33a of the second member 30, and the upper end flange 36 of the second member 30 and the sub-damping member 46b are arranged at a distance from each other. The first member 20 of a flat plate shape is spot welded (s) to the upper dish member 42, and the first member 20 is fixed to a floor F with a bolt B1 and nut N1. |
