PURPOSE:To eliminate influences of external vibration, mud, water to a starting motor by press-fitting a field permanent magnet into a mounting elastic case. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical yoke 5 is projected by pressing at four positions, and mounting cases 6 are press-fitted to the projecting flat and side surfaces 5a, 5b. Thereafter, insulating resin 7 to become buffer member is coated on the intermediate between the surface 5a of the yoke 5 and the case 6 and on the outer peiphery of the surface 5a. Subsequently, permanent magnets 8 are press- fitted to the cases 6, and the upper ends of the magnets 8 are press-bonded to the resin 7, thereby impregnating insulating resin 9 to the inner periphery of the yoke 5, i.e., the side surface 5b, the cases 6 and the magnets 8. The resin 9 which is impregnated to the surface which is opposed to an armature core 3 of the magnets 8 is removed to complete the manufacturing steps. |
