1 PHN 9232 The movable cutting unit of a dry-shaver comprises a plurality of cutters and a corresponding plurality of hair-pulling blades each arranged in front of one of the cutters for movement therewith relative to the shear plate or foil of the shaver, and each movable relative to the associated cutter for its hairpulling action. The latter movement is usually a wholly sliding movement of the hair-pulling element on the cutter and can be impeded by hair-cuttingt which tend to become trapped between the hair-pulling blade and the cutter. To mitigate this, in the present invention, each hair-pulling element is arranged to pivot on the associated cutter.
