PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of wiring parts and terminal parts, by forming strain resistor elements, a bridge connection lead part, and terminal parts on a plate spring by evaporation. CONSTITUTION:The plate spring 4 is supported on a supporting post 3 on a substrate 1 by attaching screws in a cantilever shape. The two strain resistor elements 8a and 8b are evaporated on the upper surface of the plate spring 4 and the two strain resistor element 8c and 8d are evaporated on the lower surface thereof. Through holes 9a-9d are formed in the vicinity of both edges of the plate spring 4, with two on each side. The lead part 10 is provided so as to connect the through holes 9a-9d and the elements 8a-8d in a bridge form by the evaporation. The lead parts on the upper and lower sides are connected by the evaporation of the through holes 9a-9d. The terminal parts 11a-11d are evaporated on the surface of the through holes 9a-9d. The terminal parts 11a and 11b are the input terminals of the bridge circuit and the terminal parts 11c and 11d are the output terminals thereof. Therefore the constitution of the wiring and the terminal parts is simplified. |
