The rubber elements of the rail wheel with rubber suspension are fixed, during the assembly of the rail wheel, on a circumferential web of the centring element arranged on the rim ring. After assembly, the web is functionless. In order to compensate its influence on the uniform spring characteristic of the rubber elements, the latter have bores on the two sides of the web.
