PURPOSE:To obtain saturated vapor pressure and the like readily and highly accurately, by using an operating expression with a dry bulb temperature and a relative humidity as variables. CONSTITUTION:A humidity sensor 10 transduces a relative humidity into a signal, and temperature sensors 17-19 transduce temperatures into signals. Operation amplifiers 20, 23, and 26 perform specified operations based on the outputs of the sensors. The operation is performed by using the expression; i=(at<2>+bt+c).phi+mt+n wherein, (t) is the dry bulb temperature in deg.C, phi is the relative humidity in %, a, b, c, and m are constants; under the conditions; i0= 0.240t+(597.3+0.441t)x, and x=0.622.phi.h/(P-phi.h), and¦i-io¦=0.5 in the specified temperature range[wherein P is the atmospheric pressure of a device, and (h) is the saturated vapor pressure under the atmospheric pressure expressed by P]. |
