PURPOSE:To miniaturize an oscillator, by positively making use of the inside of a strip line loop and providing a passive element, an active element, a terminal, etc. at the inside of said loop. CONSTITUTION:An earth conductor 2 is formed on the rear side of a dielectric substrate 1, and an exposed conductor 3 is formed on the surface side of the substrate 1. These conductors 3 and 2 are connected to each other by a cylindrical conductor 5 which is formed with adhesion to the inner surface of a hole 4 drilled through the substrate 1. A loop-shaped belt conductor line (strip liie) 6 is attached around the conductor 3, and both terminal parts 7 and 8 of the line 6 are terminated at the area close to each hole 4. The length of the line 6 is set at 1/4 wavelength of oscillating frequency. Then a resonance phenomenon is produced by the equivalent inductance L of the line 6 and the electrostatic capacity C of a capacitive element 9 which is connected between a part of the line 6 and the conductor 3. |
