PURPOSE:To enable a person who has difficulty in hearing to recognize clearly voices, by providing specific frequency characteristics to an amplifier and at the same time compressing the level change of strength. CONSTITUTION:The peaking amplification is applied to the treble that is hard to hear for a person who has difficulty in hearing. In addition, a sound quality control function is provided, and at the same time the output change is compressed by an AGC compression system. As a result, the amplification factor is automatically reduced at the base. Therefore a large output change (dynamic range) is obtained for the easy-to-hear bass since the maximum output is suppressed down to a fixed level. While the output change of the treble can be compressed within a range that can be allowed by a user. Thus the peaking area can be changed in response to the property of the user. |
