In a flush-mounted installation distributor for electrical installation apparatuses, consisting of a body which is of approximately monolithic shape and is open on one broad side, of an apparatus cover which is arranged in the body and has apparatus windows, of a lid which is arranged at a distance in front of the cover, can be connected to the body and whose front opening can be closed, and of apparatus supporting rails which are arranged in the body behind the apparatus cover, in order to achieve a significant simplification of the production and completion, the body (1) is formed from two head pieces (10, 11), each of which has two parallel side walls (7), one end wall (8) and one rear wall (9), and from one or more mutually identical intermediate pieces (12) whose profiles are identical to the head pieces (10, 11), and the head pieces (10, 11) and the intermediate pieces (12) can be connected to one another by means of tongue and groove connections which are arranged on their side walls and run at right angles to their longitudinal extent, one of the head pieces (10) having grooves (13) on the free side wall parts, and the other head piece having tongues (14) which are matched to the grooves (13) and can be inserted therein, while tongues (14) are arranged on the side walls of the intermediate pieces (12) on the one end of the side walls and grooves (13) are arranged on the other ends. <IMAGE>
