PURPOSE:To realize finishing work without any swell in the surface form and with uniformity in surface roughness by compounding electrolytic processing and grinding work with grinding grains held on a viscous and elastic body. CONSTITUTION:D.C. voltage is applied to an electrode 1 and a conductive workpiece 3, and electrolytic processing is performed through electrolyte such as sodium nitrate aqueous solution and the like. At the same time, grinding work by a grinding grain material 2 is performed, and a surface finishing work is further performed through a compound processing. A grinding grain material 2 is a viscous and elastic body such as urethane sponge and the like which holds grinding grains 8. Since grinding grains 8 can be pressed against the workpiece 3 always with appropriate pressure due to moderate combination of equivalent grain size 9 and elasticity 10, finishing without any swell in the surface form and with uniformity in surface roughness can be achieved. |
