An appts. for manufg. a corrugated & flat element for heat exchanger comprises a pair of toothed rollers(3,4) and press roller(5). A sheet(la)is fed to the toothed rollers with reinforcing threads(7) so as to manufacture the corrugated sheet. A flat sheet(2) is fed to the press rollers to be joined with the corrugated sheet along the edge lines of each corrugate with adhesive.
