PURPOSE:To facilitate the replacement of a head with ease of handling by integrating an ink drop jetting means with an ink supply section adjacent to a pressure chamber arranged at the outlet of an ink reservoir while the ink jetting means is made detachable from a conveying means. CONSTITUTION:When recording, an electric signal for jetting ink drops from an ink drop jetting control section is applied to an ink drop jetting means 13 and ink drops are jetted to record dots on a paper 12 according thereto. With the rotation of a drum 11 and the movement of a carriage 15, vertical and horizontal scannings are done. When the ink drop jetting means 13 becomes empty or the jetting of the ink drops is impossible due to the clogging of a nozzle or the like, the old ink drops jetting means 13 is removed from a fixing means 14 to be replaced with a new one thereby facilitating the recording. |
