摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain a temperature-compensated output of a detector, by storing previously the output of a detector in a memory to detect the physical quantity to be measured and then plotting the output of detector at each temperature to obtain a characteristic curve. CONSTITUTION:Memories M1-MN apply each output value to an arithmetic circuit C in response to the physical quantity X to be measured. The circuit C receives the output of each memory and produces a characteristic curve between an output Y and a temperature. Then the output value of detector is calculated to the measuring temperature T. Thus a temperature-compensated signal is obtained as an output of detector. |
