PURPOSE:To stabilize a heat exchanging medium which does not oxidize the inside of a pipe and flows into its pipe, by forming a block for a heat exchanger, and thereafter, fitting the pipe. CONSTITUTION:When casting a circular through-hole 7 having a diameter which is a little larger than the outside diameter of a pipe, in a prescribed part, to a heat exchanger block 6, it is formed simultaneously. On the inside wall surface of the through-hole 7, many V-grooves are provided over the overall length so as to be a sawtooth shape whose section is circular, and subsequently, the tip between the V-grooves is pressed in the same circumferential direction by a suitable means in order to make the tip of a sharp crest part 11 round, and is bent. Subsequently, the pipe 5 made of copper is inserted through the through- hole 7, a push-in rod 13 having a smooth and semispherical head 12 of prescribed size is pushed forcibly into the pipe 5, and the pipe 5 is exapnded so as to crush the crest part 11 of the V-groove, and is tightly matched and stuck to the heat exchanger block 6. |
