PURPOSE:To operate a high speed discharge as a whole in an unscrambler, by decelerating a vessel conveying machine only at charging and operating conveyance at a high speed when a vessel is intermittently charged into a continuously rotating screw and conveyed. CONSTITUTION:An inverted state vessel A dropped into a chute 14 from a vessel conveying machine 2 is inverted by an aligning device 20 in a bottom part of the chute 14 all into a normal state. Then the vessel is fed by a discharge chute 24 to a vertically conditioned vessel discharge device B. Here the vessel is dropped into between a screw 27 and supporting wall 26 by stoppers 28, 29 moved shuttling synchoronously with the screw 27 by rotary solenoids 30, 31. Only at this moment of dropping, a vessel conveying mechanism C is decelerated by a decelerating machin, not shown in the drawing, interlocked to an opening switch of the stopper 20. By this constitution, speed during conveyance can be arranged to a high speed to enable the high speed operation of a device as a whole. |
