The invention relates to a board game for two playing sides with men of two colours, and is characterised in that a playing board is arranged in each of parallel planes, arranged one above the other in space and corresponding to a number "n", each of which has n fields situated in each row of n adjacent rows, and a total of n<3> preferably spherical men are used. The spatially arranged playing boards are connected to form a playing board frame, preferably by means of supports provided with plug connections. Preferably, the number of playing boards arranged one above the other, and the number of fields located in the adjacent rows, is equal to four. The object of the game is that each of the players endeavours to form, with his men, a row of four either in the plane of one of the playing boards or in a plane extending three-dimensionally, whether in the lengthwise, transverse or diagonal direction, perpendicularly to the playing boards and extending three-dimensionally over all the playing boards.
