Compounds of the formula <IMAGE> in which A represents a vinylene or dimethylene radical, q is 0 or 1, R is an alkyl radical which can carry an amino group, X represents -S- or -NH-, and R1 is a hydrogen atom or a radical of formula <IMAGE> in which R2 is a hydroxy or alkoxy and R3 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl, cycloalkylalkyl or phenylalkyl radical each having no more than a total of 8 carbon atoms, or an unsubstituted or substituted alkylthioalkyl radical. These compounds are useful as medicaments, especially anti-hypertensive medicaments.
