PURPOSE:To enable to miniaturize a tank itself, by streaming a fluid having an unfavourable heat conductivity to a fin part by making use of a cross fin heat exchanger as a built-in heat exchanger, in a hydraulic oil tank for a machine tool. CONSTITUTION:Oil having unfavourable thermal conductivity returned to the bottom part of an oil tank 10 from a machine tool 3 flows upward, which is cooled through heat exchange with a coolant flowing within a cross fin heat exchanger 11, the oil reached to the upper stream is overflowed the tops of side plates 11B and 11C and fed to the machine tool 3 through pressure by a circulation pump 2 from the lower part of the oil tank 10. In this manner, as the returned oil is circulated over contact with fins 11A of the cross fin heat exchanger 11, a heat transfer area of an oil side can be secured on a large scale, a velocity of flow of the oil is secured appropriately through the side plates 11B and 11C, heat transfer performance is made to improve and the tank itself can be miniaturized. |
