PURPOSE:To prevent the same call from being rejected for a long time, by changing a call signal selecting system successively in case of selection of call signals so that a higher-level call signal is selected in a high probability. CONSTITUTION:Call signals consist of, for example, two groups of 20 waves, and one wave of the upper group and one wave of the lower group, namely, total two waves are transmitted in parallel in respect to one call signal. In case of selection of these call signals, one wave is selected from upper groups 40-00 and is selected from lower groups 4-0 in 16 waves of upper and lower groups in the first time, and one wave is selected from upper groups 60-20 and is selected from lower groups 6-2 in the second time, and one wave is selected from upper groups 80-40 and is selected from lower groups 8-4 in the third time, and one wave is selected from upper groups 90-50 and is selected from lower groups 9-5 in the fourth time. Thus, each time when the same call is rejected, the probability of selecting it is higher surely, and the possibility of acquisition of an idle line is increased. |
