PURPOSE:To obtain a diaphragm for speaker which has a good low sound reproducing characteristics and is superior in formability, by constituting the diaphragm with a film where a polybutadiene terephthalate and a polyester elastomer are blended. CONSTITUTION:A speaker 1 is so formed that a sticking part 2 to a frame or the like is provided in the circumferential edge part and an edge part 3 is provided on the inside and a conical part 4 is provided on the inside, and a dome part for dust cap is provided in the center of the conical part 4. The film where a polybutadiene terephthalate and a polyester elastomer are blended is used for the diaphragm 1 and is vacuum-formed to said shape under heating. A polybutadiene and a polyester elastomer have a high compatibility, and physical properties such as stiffness are selected optionally by changing the blending ratio, and therefore, the diaphragm superior in reproducing of the low frequency range is obtained. The thickness is increased, and the rolling phenomenon is eliminated to reduce the distortion rate, and the sound pressure frequency characteristic is stabilized. Further, the diaphragm is superior in formability. |
