<p>The instrument for bony tissues sampling by abrasion comprises an abrasion head releasably connected through a coupling device to the motor unit. The abrasion head has the shape of a hollow cylinder with a round outer surface, the inner and/or outer walls being covered with an abrasive layer comprised of particles of which the size varies between 30 and 300 νm. The invention also relates to a hollow sampling cylinder which has to be used with the abrasion sampling instrument for sampling bony tissues, and which comprises, hooks which penetrate in the bone marrow, instead of an abrasive coating.</p> |
