PURPOSE:To extract the outputs of plural detecting elements through a single output terminal and to simplify a compensating system for variance of sensitivity, by storing and transferring the output of an array infrared ray detecting element through a CCD shift register. CONSTITUTION:The contents of a CCD shift register S are shifted by a bit toward the 1st bit S1. At the same time, a control circuit K produces the 2nd storage address to the 1st ROM M1 and 2nd ROM M2 respectively. Thus the voltage proportional to the electric charge generated from a detecting element D2, the voltage proportional to the storage contents of the 2nd address of the 1st ROMM1 and the voltage proportional to the storage contents of the 2nd address of the 2nd ROMM2 are fed to a compensating circuit H and then delivered through an output terminal O after an arithmetic process. Then the circuit K drives the register S1 by a bit to generate the 3rd storage address and feeds an output corresponding to the electric charge generated from a detecting element D3 to the terminal O. |
