PURPOSE:To feed wiry parts supplied to an accepting board to the following stage securely by conveying the parts successively using guide needles and by untying the parts using both a vibrating plate situated at the tip of the accepting board and a roller which is located underneath the tip of the accepting board and provided with holding needles around its outer surface. CONSTITUTION:Guides 6 and 6' are provided at both sides of an accepting board 5 to which wiry parts with lead wires such as a condenser are fed. At the same time, a guide member 7 from which many guide needles 10 to 10'' which lock- hold the parts on the accepting board 5, are projected downward is mounted on the guides 6 and 6''. And transfer mechanism 11 which transfers the guide member 7 forward, is related to the guide member. A vibrating plate 19 which is vibrated through a vibrator 20, is provided at the tip part of the accepting board 5, while a roller 23 whose outer surface is provided with radially planted holding needles 24 to 24'', is rotatably shaft-supported underneath the drop part 21 of the tip of the vibrating plate 19, while both the roller 23 and the transfer mechanism 11 are linked to a driving part 26 for slow speed operation. |
