PURPOSE:To permit always sharp observation or photographing by adjusting the imaging plane in a means for observing an optical image from behind an optical system for forming the optical image as a real image and the position of the imaging plane behind the reflection plane in such a way as to make both optically conjugate. CONSTITUTION:First, the inserting part 2 of an endoscope 1 is put into the body cavity and is inserted near the observing part 15. An adapter device 6 is mounted to the eyepiece part 5 of the endoscope and a Tv camera 19 connected to a camera control unit 21 or the like is mounted in the 1st reflection optical axis direction of the device 6. Here, the observer adjusts a lens 12 for correcting diopters until an index 14 for focusing attached to the 1st imaging plane 13 appears sharp and moves a photographing optical system 8 forward and backward to form the observing position 15 of an object on the 1st imaging plane 13. In this stage, the sharp optical image is formed on the plane of an image sensing element 20 set in the position of the 2nd imaging plane 18 conjugate with the 1st imaging plane 13. |
