PURPOSE:To prevent the over speed accident by providing a speed limiter where the acceleration/deceleration through an accelerator pedal can be performed when the car speed is below setting level while the acceleration can be performed through the accelerator pedal when the car speed exceeds over the setting level. CONSTITUTION:When the car speed exceeds over 60km/h, a coupler 6 is functioned to block the coupling between wires 4a, 4b thus to block the opening of a throttle valve 3a even when an accelerator pedal 1 is stepped. In other word when the car speed exceeds over 60km/h, for example, a car speed sensor 10 will produce more than 213 pulses for every five seconds, thereby a decision circuit 15 will produce the output to function an output circuit 16 thus to block the power supply to a coil 6b in the coupler 6 and to release a suction rod 6c. Consequently even when the accelerator pedal 1 is stepped, the throttle valve 3a is not controlled thereby it is not accelerated. |
