PURPOSE:To attain joint pickup of a VTR without overlapped part, by rewinding a tape a little with a reversed capstan motor, frequency-dividing a control signal and a vertical synchronizing signal with the released temporary stop, matching the phase of the signals, detecting the point where the pulse width of the control signal is changed and releasing the muting of recording. CONSTITUTION:At the recording of the VTR, in depressing a temporary stop button 15, a CTL INHIBIT signal of a system control logic 1 is made to ''0'' after a time 8ms from the leading of a signal T3 frequency-dividing the vertical synchronizing signal, an output of an AND gate 4 changes the timing of the trailing of the final pulse of a T4, the duty is narrowered, to form a marker at a connecting point of a joint pickup. At the same time when the final pulse of the T4 is recorded on a control track, a muting of recording T5 is set on at the rise of a PG pulse T2. After the muting is set on, a signal of capston reversing is given to a servo circuit 16 for rewinding at a prescribed time to stop. In this state, the temporary stop button is depressed and the device is in waiting state until the transit to the joint pickup. |
