PURPOSE: A hepa cleaner is provided to prevent the leak and inflow of asbestos dust through filter assembled gaps. CONSTITUTION: A first probe(16a) is installed to be located in the outer space one side of a third filter. A second probe(16b) is installed to be located in the internal space one side of the third filter. A differential pressure sensor(16c) is connected to the first probe and the second probe. The differential pressure sensor measures the differential pressure of the third filter from the flowing amount of the air flowing in the first probe and the second probe.
