<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a rectifier element and an electronic part integrating such elements thereby outstandignly improving static inverse characteristic and dynamic inverse characteristics such as deterioration in continuous application of inverse bias and deterioration by continuous leaving under a high temperature, etc. of rectifying elements such as diode and thyristor, etc. and an electronic part integrating them and by elongating the life time thereof. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy resin having at least one epoxy group within molecule. Organic dibasis acid anhydride. An element is sealed by an epoxy containing (a) triphenylphosphite, (b) aromatic tertiary amine expressed by the general formula (I) and/or (c) aliphatic tertiary amine expressed by the general formula (II). As an epoxy resin containing at least one epoxy group within molecule, diglycidyl ether induced from bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin and bisphenol type epoxy resin generally called as the derivative thereof are used. it is desirable to use alicyclic epoxy region in order to improve heat resistivity of sealed semiconductor element because a glass transition temperature of hardened resin is high.</p> |
