A garden house with a surface area of approximately 2-6 m<2> for cultivating plants, a so-called garden greenhouse, or storing garden appliances or the like, a so-called garden appliance shed, with a door, has walls fastened on frame parts and a roof connected thereto. In order to reduce the manufacturing costs by rendering expensive special tools unnecessary and yet to permit a large variety of types including the selection of the shape of the surface area, the walls (2-5) and the roof (6) in each case consist of a continuous flexible plastic web (16, 20) which is profiled transversely to the direction of the web. Apart from doorposts (13, 13'), only horizontally extending frames (10, 11, 12), which define the shape of the house, are provided on the upper and lower edge of the wall web and at the height of the centre also. The roof web is only partially connected to the upper frame, in particular on the longitudinal sides, if the roof end sections (20') are to be pivotable upwards e.g. by means of a pivot mechanism in order to allow access to sun and rain. <IMAGE>
