PURPOSE:To arrange a car chassis in flow production, by arranging each work section in the order of arranging work process and tact feeding a chassis between said sections with the work time pitch. CONSTITUTION:When arranging a car, the car is first carried to a cleaning section A then suspended by a ceiling lift 1 to mount on a suspension moving truck 2 thereafter it is cleaned by an automatic car cleaner 3. Then the car is passed through metal working section B having finish work sections B2, C2 and an undercoat working section C to be applied with predetermined working, thereafter passed through a maxing section D to a painting section E to be applied with painting. Then the car is carried through a mounting section F for assembling the car and a shower cleaning section G surrounded with a winding curtain 10 to a finish section H where the car is dismounted from a moving truck 2 and carried out. |
