<p>PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of an interface, by combining a vulcanized EP rubber part which does not contain a vulcanization auxiliary agent and an unvulcanized EP rubber part which contains a liquid vulcanization auxiliary agent and vulcanizing the unvulcanized EP rubber part by using a mold. CONSTITUTION:A vulcanized EP rubber part which does not contain a vulcanization auxiliary agent and an unvulcanized EP rubber part containing a vulcanization auxiliary agent which is liquid at an oridinary temperature like a trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate, etc. are combined, filled to the mold of a final shape and the unvulcanized rubber part is vulcanized. In this way, a sooth interface can be obtained between the vulcanized rubber part and the unvulcanized rubber part.</p> |
