PURPOSE:To increase the high range limit frequency causing neither peak nor dip of the sound pressure frequency characteristics and to ensure satisfactorily an application even to a thin speaker by setting the basic fabric of aromatic polyamide fibers to a sheet manufacturing metallic mold to sheet manufacture fibers in the meshes of the basic fabric. CONSTITUTION:The basic fabric 3 of a fan shape is woven by using thread made of aromatic polyamide fibers. This fabric 3 is set on a metallic mold for a sheet manufacture in a continuity. Under such constitutions, a pulp fiber 4 is sheet manufactured and attached into the meshes of the fabric 3 to be molded with press or non-press and then to be dried to obtain a speaker diaphragm having a neck part 5 and a cone part 6. |
