PURPOSE:To lighten the burden of software, by providing plural filter functions, also constituting so that a position and size of an interested area in a display picture changable and performing optional filtering to only the interested area. CONSTITUTION:When an interested area selecting part 5 is operated, a mark signal S2 is outputted from a mark signal generator 5D, is superposed on a picture of the picture of an indicator 19, and a mark is displayed. In this state, the mark displayed on the picture is set to optional position and size by operating setting devices 5A-5C. In case when filtering is executed, a filter function setting device 6A is operated. In accordance with this operation, output states of 2 AND gates G1, G2 are varied, an up-down counter 6C is operated, and by its output S4, a prescribed address in the second memory 6D is designated, and a signal S3 corresponding to a stored filter function is read out. In this way, a degree of filtering in the interested area mark is set to a desired state. |
