PURPOSE:To ensure reduction in stray capacity, prevention of signal attenuation and phase delay by a method wherein adjacent signal lines are provided with glands covering from the connector inlets thereof to the end of probes. CONSTITUTION:The entire length of a signal line, from connector inlet 2 to probe 1, is provided with a gland. The outer-most line is grounded in a single- point grounding to a measuring system gland (c). The subject being thus constructed, a signal line 1' (a) and signal line 2' (b) virtually form a twisted pair of lines, when signals are transmitted through the signal line 1', the two lines being divided from each other with the intermediary of a zero potential between them. |
