发明名称 CONTROL DEVICE FOR IGNITION TIMING AND FUEL INJECTION OF INTERNAL-COMBUSTION ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate knockings in their early stages, to prevent the engine from being damaged and to improve the working efficiency of the engine by a method wherein a strong knocking detecting circuit is provided in a knocking detecting device and a fuel increase command circuit adopted to increase the rate of fuel injection in response to the output signal of the strong knocking detecting circuit is provided. CONSTITUTION:The signal from a distributor 10 is transmitted to an engine r.p.m. detecting circuit 22 and a sucked air quantity signal from an air flow meter 8 and the signal from the distributor 10 are inputted to a basic fuel injection operation circuit 23 to thereby determine the rate of fuel injection meeting the operation condition of the engine. On the other hand, the signal from the strong knocking detecting circuit 17 is inputted to a multiplying circuit 25 wherein it is multiplied by the signal from the circuit 23 and the multiplied signal is transmitted to an injector 7 so as to make the latter inject a fuel at a rate higher than the ordinary rate of fuel injection. Thus, when a strong knocking is detected by the detecting circuit 17, the fuel at an increased flow rate is injected from the injector 7. Accordingly, the air-fuel ratio becomes rich at the time of detecting the strong knocking and so the knocking hardly takes place.
