<p>The inner sole (8) for a shoe is interchangeable and inflatable, and made up of at least two inflatable compartments (2-4). The inflatable section (4) is positioned level with the heel and inflated to a greater pressure than the other sections (2,3). Valves (5,6,7) regulate the degree of inflation.
