PURPOSE:To prevent a general control failure and to perform smooth and speedy control by dispersing a judging and controlling function to a terminal controller which controls a total head exchanger locally. CONSTITUTION:The judging and controlling function is dispersed to a terminal controller which transmits and receives data to and from a main controller and also controls the total head exchanger. For example, the outer air fan FNo, motor exhaust air fan FNb, outer air fan by-pass dumper Dd, temperature sensor Tc and humidity sensor Hc for the temperature and humidity of exhaust air, temperature sensor T0 and humidity sensor H0 for the temperature and humidity of outer air, etc., of the total heat exchanger SC are connected to the terminal controller TCTx. On the basis of respective detection outputs of the sensors Td, Hd, Tc, Hc, etc., the respective parts of the total heat exchanger SC, and outer air dumper D0 and exhaust air dumper Dd are controlled and a heat recovery judgement is made to heat or cool the rotary drum of the total heat exchanger SC through exhaust air dumpers D12-Dn2, thus performing the control. |
