PURPOSE:To increase the intensity of the brazed part of a heat transfer pipe having grooves inside, by heightening the softening temperature in the pipe by using the pipe of a specified alloy, and by performing a brazing work at high temperature in the process of assembling the pipe into a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A heat transmission pipe C is composed by forming spiral or straight fine groove parts 2 and angular parts 3 on the surface inside of a copper alloyed pipe 1, consisting of 0.004-0.04% P, 0.02-2.0% Sn, less than 0.2% Fe, and the remainder Cu. By specifying the pipe 1 material in the above- mentioned rate, the temperature range in the heat transfer pipe C at the time of brazing is enlarged. By brazing a connecting pipe 4 to the heat transfer pipe C by a brazing material 5 at high temperature, high intensity can be obtained in the brazing part of the pipe C. |
