CONVERGENCE INFORMATION TRANSFER SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To prevent an error in regulation due to the overlooking of convergence information and a deadlock due to an overload, by providing an interface device with a means for controlling the recognition from a load control indication from a regulation controller and transmission intervals of the convergence information. CONSTITUTION:For every exchange 1, the overload control level of the regulation controller 4 is set and the convergence detector 2 of each exchange 1 detects a convergence state at a prescribed period to send the convergence information (c) to an interface controller 6. Further, the information is sent from the device 6 to the device 4 to detect whether the information exceeds the internally set regulation level or not. When it exceeds and is lower than the regulation level, those states are reported to respective devices 6. Then, the device 6 controls a controller 3 corresponding to the exchange 1 to vary the transmission period of the convergence information to prevent system deadlocks 7 due to the overlooking of the information and an overload.
