PURPOSE:To prevent the luster of the panel surface from becoming conspicuous against the low-angle incident light and reduce the glare by forming the cross section of an orifice provided on a panel main body or the like so as to be inclined downward toward a driver's seat at an angle of 5 deg.-20 deg. with respect to the horizontal line. CONSTITUTION:The cross section of a drawn portion 3 on a panel main body 1 or on a pad 2 provided on the panel main body 1 is formed so as to be inclined downward toward a driver's seat at an angle of 5 deg.-20 deg. with respect to the horizontal line 8. In this case, the slant face 6 is inclined against the horizontal line 8 by 5 deg. or more so that the low-angle incident light is reflected, and it is also inclined by 20 deg. or less so that the reflection light is at 0 deg. (parallel light) by inclining the face 6 of the orifice ridge even if the incident light enters at an angle of 40 deg. and no glare is felt. Accordingly, the luster of the instrument panel surface is not conspicuous against the low-angle incident light, and the glare can be reduced.
