PURPOSE:To mold an article having a hole efficiently and at a low cost, by sticking molten resin to the outer face of the nearly pillared part of a mold so as to cover said outer face and shaping a hole at synthetic resin sticking to said part before releasing said cured resin from said mold after curing. CONSTITUTION:The nearly pillard part of a mold member 16, that is, an end part 24 which protrudes downward from a mold inserting hole 12 is made to touch molten synthetic resin 28 held in a bath 26 and said molten resin sticks to the end part 24. Then, a hole is shaped at said synthetic resin 30 before or after the synthetic resin 30 which sticks to the end part 24 is cured. A pallet 10 is moved between two each other parallel pressing plates 32, 34 which are driven in a vertical direction respectively at a hole shaping process. The hole is made by driving these pressing plates 32, 34 in a each other approaching direction and forcing a pushing pressure on the mold member 16 and the synthetic resin 30 of the end part 24. |
