PURPOSE:To uniformly separate a transfer sheet from a single plate for preventing the breakage of the transfer sheet by a method in which a hot-melt adhesive is dropwise provided at the end of the transfer sheet adhered to the surface of the single plate and then the single plate is sent out to a sheet winding roll. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet 2 adhered to the surface of a single plate 1 is dropwise provided with a hot-melt adhesive 3 from a hot melt gun 6 just before the sheet winding roll 4 of a separator A and then sent into between the sheet winding roll 4 and a pinch roll 5. Whereupon, the hot-melt adhesive 3 is adhered to the peripheral face of the sheet winding roll 4, and the transfer sheet 2 is wound around the sheet winding roll 4 from its end and then separated from the signal plate 1. Since the sheet winding roll 4 is pressed under a fixed pressure on the pinch roll 5 by a constant pressure cylinder 7, the cylinder 7 gradually goes up as the transfer sheet 2 is rolled up. |
