In a holder for pipelines which are arranged especially in a nuclear power station, in each case one pair of pipe supports (22, 24, 26) is provided for guiding the pipe. In this case, said pipe supports are in each case mounted on a supporting framework (10, 12). The supporting frameworks are assembled from vertical stays (36, 38, 58, 60) and horizontally aligned supports (40, 62) as well as connecting supports (66). Feet (52) are provided on the stays for mounting on the foundation (14) and fixing plates (70) are in each case arranged on the free ends of the retaining supports (68) for fixing said retaining supports (68). In order to be able to provide the holder with vertical and horizontal bending prestressing, the retaining supports (68) have a length (L) which permits the application of the vertically downwardly directed bending stress by lowering the stays (36, 38, 58, 60). In order to generate a bending stress in the stays (36, 38, 58, 60) which are aligned in the direction towards the wall (16), the retaining supports (68) are additionally stepped in their effective length. Figure 1 is proposed as significant. <IMAGE>
